FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE December 26, 2025 Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association Partners with Ruser Performance & Wellness to Deliver Mental Performance Education and Insights to Indiana Athletic Directors Indianapolis, IN—The Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Ruser Performance & Wellness (RPW), aimed at enhancing professional development and mental performance education for athletic administrators across the state of Indiana. This collaboration reflects IIAAA’s ongoing commitment to supporting athletic leaders with evidence-based resources that promote effective leadership, athlete well-being, and high-performance cultures within interscholastic athletics. Through this partnership, RPW will contribute mental performance education and consultation tailored to the unique demands faced by high school athletic administrators, coaches, and student-athletes. RPW consultants bring years of experience working directly with Indiana high school athletic departments to implement sport psychology and mental performance services. This on-the-ground experience allows RPW to deliver programming that is both developmentally appropriate and aligned with the practical realities of Indiana scholastic athletics. As part of the agreement, RPW will provide the following services in collaboration with IIAAA: Live, tailored mental performance workshop delivered at the IIAAA 2026 State Conference Educational workshops delivered during regularly scheduled IIAAA meetings Collaborative thought leadership and professional development content focused on mental performance, leadership, and well-being in high school athletics The conference presentation will serve as a cornerstone of the partnership, offering IIAAA members practical, research-informed strategies that can be applied immediately within athletic departments.
