IIAAA Launches Strategic Partnership with Statzhub
Partnership provides unique, new revenue stream for Indiana High Schools to fund their athletics programs

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (IIAAA) announced today it has signed a strategic partnership with Statzhub, a Cincinnati-based digital technology company that provides fans a one-stop shop for original and aggregated sports content at every level of competition.

“The partnership with Statzhub aligns well with the mission of the IIAAA to provide a multitude of quality opportunities for Indiana high schools and student-athletes,” said Brian Avery, IIAAA President.  “One of the principal purposes of the IIAAA is to draw attention to the many positives of high school athletics.   High school athletics are a component of the total educational program, and we believe that Statzhub is uniquely positioned to assist our athletics directors accomplish that.”

Statzhub’s subscription-based model allows subscribers to customize their sports news/updates for their favorite teams and student-athletes.  Statzhub delivers sports content through its website and via its app on mobile devices (iPhone and Android).

With an estimated 3.5 million sports fans located throughout Indiana that are loyal to various professional, college and high school sports teams nationwide, Statzhub is an ideal solution for sports fans looking for the most up-to-date information, scores, and statistics.  Statzhub saves valuable time for subscribers with busy schedules due to the customization.  News from across the United States is collected and delivered straight to the subscriber’s app.

In addition to producing and distributing high school sports content through its website and mobile app, Statzhub will share a large portion of subscription revenues with the IIAAA and member schools.  Individual subscribers can designate their favorite high school as the beneficiary of this revenue share.

“The Statzhub partnership is a perfect fit for the IIAAA and our member high schools,” Avery said. “Statzhub integrates athletics and academics through the hiring of student sports information directors and reporters, and by providing subscribers with highlights that promote high school sports, while also providing much needed revenues to our high schools.”

“What makes Statzhub unique is that in addition to allowing our subscribers to follow their favorite high school, college and pro teams and athletes, we are committed to producing and delivering content to allow passionate fans the ability to track news, social media, articles and statistics,” states George Thurner, president and founder ofStatzhub. “We are filling the needs of family, friends and alumni to keep them updated on their favorite high school teams and students-athletes from all of Indiana’s high school classes, covering all sports, not just the high-profile teams.  Statzhub will save fans valuable time as they search for sports information.”

About Statzhub
The inspiration for Statzhub came from a dad who wanted to follow his daughter playing college lacrosse. What should have been a simple search proved to be complex and time consuming as he had to gather information from over 13 different sites to find all of the content on his daughter. After assembling all of this content and spending hours compiling those stats and content to help her see how she stacked up against other athletes in her sport (1v1 feature), he realized how beneficial gathering all of this content by athlete or team would be to any fan. And the idea for Statzhub was formulated.  Atwww.statzhub.com, the company gathers the latest from reporters, team pages, conference sites, news outlets, social media and other fans to make the sports news you want available in real time in one arena.
