Development

| 1. Create a needs assessment
instrument. |
| 2. Encourage various levels of involvement
in training and teaching. Offer opportunities for those who
desire to take classes, those who want to instruct, those who want
to train instructors and those who want to be a part of revising and
restructuring. |
| 3. Develop a method of promoting LTC,
Certifications, Mentoring, Coaching Education, New AD Workshop and
Citizenship/Sportsmanship programs. |
| 4. Continue to evaluate the growth of the
LTC Program and the methods of administering the
program. |

B—Develop methods of providing and sharing
information with Indiana athletic
directors.

1. Construct a calendar of available
professional development activities and distribute it to athletic
administrators. |

2. Continue to develop district meetings to
provide opportunities for athletic administrators to interact and
share knowledge. |

3. Share information at workshops, clinics,
conferences, district meetings, seminars, classes, and through the
newsletter and media. |

4. Consider survey to assist in determining
professional needs of membership. |
