The mission of the Indiana Interscholastic
Athletic Administrator’s Association is to
provide a multitude of quality opportunities for
Indiana student athletes.
Toward that
aim, the IIAAA will promote leadership and
education among athletic directors while serving
as catalysts in networking with affiliated
agencies.
VISION
The vision of the IIAAA is to assume the
leadership role in serving as a source of
knowledge, a liaison, a mediator and initiator of
the best programs and practices; as well as an
advocate of the student athlete’s growth and
development.
VALUES
Among the essential values and qualities
that an athletic administrator epitomizes are
integrity, honesty, citizenship, sportsmanship,
self discipline, communication skills, positive
attitude, responsibility, impartiality, strong
work ethic, respect and honor of the
profession.
